AI & Automated Analysis Disclosure

BioSyncNow uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze the photos, scans, wearable data, and other inputs you submit. These systems generate wellness observations, meal and food photo analysis, body-composition analysis, health scores, recovery and nutrition insights, and educational recommendations.

Photo & Scan Uploads

When you upload meal and food photos, body-composition images, wellness scans, or other media through the Platform, that media may be:

  • Transmitted securely to our servers for processing;
  • Analyzed by AI systems to generate wellness observations, nutrition insights, and body-composition and health-metric analysis;
  • Stored and associated with your account to maintain your scan and progress history;
  • Used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve AI model accuracy, product quality, and fraud prevention; and
  • Retained as described in our Data Retention section below.

We do not sell your uploaded media to third parties. We do not use your images for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

Analytics & Tracking Technologies

BioSyncNow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Oura, WHOOP, Apple, Garmin, Fitbit, Google, or any other wearable or device provider. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and operate the Platform and its services;
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations;
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
