BioSync offers optional paid subscriptions and, where applicable, other in-app purchases that provide access to premium features, wellness tools, AI-assisted functionality, reports, insights, and other enhanced services.

This policy explains how BioSync subscriptions and in-app purchases work.

1. Subscription Plans

BioSync may offer different subscription plans or membership levels.

The available plans, features, subscription periods, and prices will be clearly displayed to you before you complete a purchase.

Subscription periods may include monthly, annual, or other periods made available by BioSync.

The specific plans and features available may change over time.

2. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

BioSync may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other special offers from time to time.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the applicable duration, eligibility requirements, price, and renewal terms will be displayed before you begin the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, a free trial or promotional subscription that converts to a paid subscription will automatically renew at the applicable regular subscription price unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends.

Only one introductory offer may be available to a user where permitted by the applicable app store and offer terms.

3. In-App Purchases Through Apple or Google

Subscriptions purchased through the BioSync mobile application may be processed through the applicable app store, including the Apple App Store or Google Play.

When you purchase a subscription through an app store, the transaction is subject to the applicable app store's payment terms, billing procedures, subscription management tools, and policies.

BioSync does not directly process or store your complete payment card information for purchases processed through Apple or Google.

The applicable app store may provide additional information regarding your purchase, billing, subscription, cancellation, and refund options.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.

Your applicable app store account may be charged for the renewal according to the terms displayed when you purchased the subscription and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play subscription terms.

To avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel your subscription through the applicable app store before the renewal date according to that store's cancellation procedures.

Deleting the BioSync application from your device does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

5. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must generally be managed through the account and subscription-management tools of the app store through which the purchase was made.

For example, users may manage subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Uninstalling BioSync does not automatically cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, unless otherwise provided by the applicable app store or subscription terms.

6. Pricing and Taxes

The price of a BioSync subscription will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Prices may vary based on subscription plan, promotional offers, geographic location, applicable taxes, currency, and the platform through which the subscription is purchased.

Applicable taxes or other charges may be added where required.

If pricing changes for an existing subscription, applicable app-store rules and notification requirements will apply.

7. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are generally subject to the refund policies and procedures of the applicable app store.

BioSync does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may need to submit any refund request through the applicable store.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that may be provided by applicable law.

8. Subscription Benefits

Depending on the subscription plan, paid members may receive access to features such as:

Advanced wellness insights
AI-assisted wellness analysis
Personalized recommendations
Expanded reports
Additional nutrition, fitness, sleep, or recovery tools
Additional data analysis or tracking capabilities
Other premium features identified within the application

The specific features included with each subscription are displayed within BioSync before purchase.

BioSync may add, modify, or discontinue features over time, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable subscription.

9. Founders and Promotional Pricing

BioSync may offer special pricing, discounts, or promotional programs to qualifying users, including Founders or other promotional groups.

The specific terms of any promotional offer, including eligibility, discount amount, duration, renewal pricing, and other applicable conditions, will be disclosed when the offer is presented.

Promotional pricing does not necessarily continue indefinitely.

Unless otherwise stated, once a promotional period ends, the subscription may renew at the regular price displayed at the time of enrollment.

10. Affiliate, Ambassador, and Referral Programs

BioSync may operate affiliate, ambassador, referral, or promotional programs that provide qualifying partners with commissions or other benefits for referring subscribers.

Affiliate or referral compensation does not change the user's subscription rights, pricing, or access except where a specific promotional offer expressly states otherwise.

Any affiliate or referral relationship will be administered according to the applicable program terms.

11. Changes to Subscription Features

BioSync may modify, improve, add, or discontinue subscription features as the Platform evolves.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that material changes to paid services are handled in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the applicable app store.

Nothing in this policy guarantees that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Account Deletion

If you delete your BioSync account, deleting the account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

You should separately verify that any active subscription has been canceled through the applicable app store.

Where applicable, account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

13. Privacy and Payment Information

BioSync's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment information processed directly by Apple or Google is handled according to the applicable platform's privacy policies and terms.

BioSync does not intentionally request or store complete payment card information for subscriptions processed through Apple or Google.

14. App Store Terms

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, and subscription requirements.

Where applicable, those platform terms govern matters relating to billing, payment processing, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds.

16. Updates to This Policy

Native Distribution LLC may update this In-App Purchases & Subscriptions Policy from time to time to reflect changes to BioSync, subscription offerings, applicable laws, or Apple and Google requirements.

When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this policy will be updated.
